The Current State of the Union

Helllooooo! Welcome to 2009. How are you guys doing? All of this snow is cuh-razy. My favorite season is summer. Not only are there the cutest fashion trends out, but everyone looks toned and tanned...well most people, like you gilries. I know you will be rocking those bathing suits more than Selena Gomez rocked that Grecian-teal Marc Jacobs dress at the Image Awards last year.
In the Current State of the Union (that i finally got around to revising!) is well, revised. Or however you want to say it. You've noticed that i said beach bodies. Annndddd that it's january right now. Well, excuse em muah for trying to warn you that spring break is in two months! Hell-o? I am trying to get you to snag a super ca-yoot one of a kind bathing suit before you go to Florida or where ever. You will see guys and be like, Eh ma gawd! He is soooo hawt! and then you will see him talking to another girl in a super cute bathing suit that you saw at Nordstroms but you didn't think that there would be anyone where you were going hawt enuff to see you in it. WRONG. Let me (if you will) give you some advice. When going to the beach, buy a universal cover-up. Meaning: it matches with all of you bathing suits. Ok? Then make sure you french mani and pedi your hands and toes, bringing along nail remover and you nail polish with you on your vacation. you can never go wrong with french! But chipped nails? Turn awff! Just saying :) ha ha.
I would suggest this routine work-out (my girlies and I found it works fuh-abulous! Even though we all packed on ten pounds, it came off faster than ever):
50 crunches every two minutes, ten rotations
v- sits, hold for twenty seconds, ten rotations
stand on stairs, with only the balls of your feet lift up heels and hold, twenty seconds, ten rotations

New Suvrvey Girlies!

Hey, I know it's been for-ever since my last post, but hey, I am here now right? ha ha ok, so I want to start the New Year off right with two new polls. Soooooo check them out, ay-sap! I need some material to write about, hell-o! Well besides that I want to let you know that you need to flaunt it ladies. I have seen so many girls at my school all dressed up in their new clothes from break, but here's my advice:

1. shop somewhere atleast as decent as Macy's, ok?
2. You have to own what you wear. Don't just walk around slunched over!
3. Don't wear dresses and skirts everyday ( you know who you are!)
   

I understand two out of the regualr school wek for wearing dresses, but everyday? A little much, dontcha think? You want to wow you class with a variety, not bore them with your constant legging and dress/skirt tradition. Take the advice seriously! Ha ha luh-uv you, bye.

Whatevs!

Hey! Ok so i am making a new poll because Leonardo is definatley winning and WILL win. I am still thinking of the thing I have to make my friend do since she lost the bet :) any ideas? If you do, girlies, then hand them over! You will get a shout-out if you do. puh-lease, i am NAWT a pledgeriser! N e ways, say "Whatevs" tot he old poll and "Hola, Como te llamas?" To the new one! Nail Color? No prob Girlies!

Ok so Summer wanted to know what nail color to use, and as the title says, it will be no problem girlies! Awn your nails you can go awlll out. Get ca-yoot holly jewels to put awn the big toe-- big toe only girls. We are going for ca-yoot, nawt tacky-sevuhn-year old here. Ok look below and you will see a major list. IT WILL BE SUPER HELPFUL IN PICKING A NAIL COLOR. trust me ;) ALWAYS APPLY CLEAR TOP COATS BEFORE AND AFTER APPLYING NAILPOLISH.

Fair Skin: use gold based reds, golds, and silvers. If you are planning awn using silver, be sure to spice it up! You don't want the milky-shine of the silver to make your nails seem way plaler than they actually are. Use jewel accents with vibrant reds and greens in them. Red is already vibrant enough, so you need to tone it down in order from keeping your skin from looking to pale. Try using a peachy top coat or gold simmery top coat. Make sure the red is still visible through your over cat so use it sparingly.

Peachy Skin: If you have peachy skin use orange based reds, FAINT golds, and clear coats. Reds will be fine if they are left alone, but faint golds and clear need some beta touches. Golds will shimmer against your skin tone, so apply silver coat very lightly, adding more a shimmer. This nail color can be dressed up OR down to suit your holiday parties. Clear coats you should apply ANY jewel. make it bright a holiday sprited. You have a clear coat so ANYTHING will match! There are endless possibilitoes ;) (luh-uv the pun?)

Olive skin: Try blacks, reds, and silvers. Black can also be played to be dressed up or down to suit the mood. Try a silvery top caot to add more pizzaz. The thing I like aboput black is that people get the impression of cay-oot (from ur outfit) and suprise (from the nails). They are two pieces that fit together and make any outfit vogue. Red against your skin may even make it look pale. So tone it down with a gold top coat. Silvers are So much fun when you have olive skin! They make your skin pop and shimmer! I luh-uv it! You can add red or green holly jewels to spruce it up. Make-sure you remember clear top coats, they make the nails fabulous.

Dark Skin: Try reds and VIBRANT golds. Don't be shameful on the reds because they work be-yoot-a-fley with your skin. Apply two clear coats, nawt one. The glossy finnish makes them even more noticable--which is what you want. Golds will give that bright, fashionable day experiance, but at night it will look sophisticated. Add green accents jewels to bring out the rivh tones that will really highlight your skin.

Eh-ma-gawd gossip, gossip!

Hey! Sorry i couldn't get to you girlies over the break, but come awn, it's thanksgiving! Forgive me? Ha ha. Well girls i have major gossip to spill....

1. Lisi is making a new clique series called "the Alphas"
2. "the clique movie" site is closing down at the end of december
3. LISI IS MAKING A BOOK ABOUT WHEN THE PRETTY COMMITTEE MET!

Yay times ten right? ha ha. Well in further news the poll is two to zero--and as i predicted, Dicaprio is winning! I mean i know he is married and i don't want to be considered a stalker (as if!) I just think he looks really nice to talk to, and hawt! Ha ha. Well Channing's monkey ears don't stand a chance against Leonardo ;)
I want to hear awll about your thanksgivings. It would be nice to get more of you awn here ;) well i have to go get mani's and pedi's--Lincoln Park after Dark awn the toes and French on the fingers. You like? One more thing before you go, i bet awll of your mani's and pedi's have fadded since fall, so go get them re-done, don't be bashful awn the toes, it's the holidyas season!
